You will have up to5 calendardays depending on the style of cabinetry ordered to open all cabinet/accessory boxes and inspect for any damages, defects, or missing items. Your shipment notification email will include the length of time for filing claims so you will know this before your order even ships. This is for freight delivery only. Please do not use this for FedEx or UPS Claims.
After your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will detail how to inspect your order, please watch for this email. If anything is missing, damaged, and/or defective, please fill out this form within the specified time in your shipment tracking email.
We don't offer installation services. While we may be able to provide you with someone in your area who does installation we are not responsible or liable in any way for their performance or lack thereof.
