This goes even further than CARB2 Compliance to help manage emissions.
When ordering these Pre-Assembled Cabinets they will ship already put together. Technicians will use the cabinet assembly system of steel locking plates & clips to assemble the cabinets for you so when they arrive you will just need to install them. As with any installation you may need to adjust the hinges and glides once the installation is complete. IMPORTANT: Most places won't share this information with you, but we think you should understand the process of how pre-assembly works before you spend your money so you can make the decision that is best for you. If one of your cabinets arrives with shipping damage/defect and the damage replacement instructions are followed, you'll receive a replacement part only and not an entire cabinet. You will need to be able to take the cabinet apart to replace that piece and then put it back together. Because this is a possibility, glue is not used in the assembly of the cabinetry, however, the cabinetry is KCMA certified for function and stability even without glue. While this is not a difficult process we want you to know how the replacement process works. Manufacturers offer some lines pre-assembled as a convenience for our customers. This saves them money when they only need to ship a replacement part instead of an entire cabinet. This process translates into savings for you on the front end. Please note that it is firm policy to send replacement parts when damages are properly reported and if you opt to keep a cabinet that may have damage or defect, refunds or credits of any kind are not provided under any circumstance. **Pre-Assembled Cabinets are not the same as traditionally built showroom cabinets that use nail, staple, glue, and/or pocket screws. This is, in part, why Pre-assembled cabinets ship faster.
