This recessed square shaker style door has a 3/4" X 3" HDF mortise & tenon frame and a 5/8" HDF center panel (to prevent cracking of paint finish) with painted finish. Color/Accent: Polar White satin finish paint. Why MDF? Medium Density Fiberboard, is an engineered heavy material ideal for use with painted cabinets. It is not particle board. MDF will not expand and contract as the temperature and humidity levels change. Often used in conjunction with Birch or Maple wood. We recommend ordering a sample door computer screens sometimes do not show all the detail and color accurately. Sample door is 10-1/2" X 10-1/2".
