EPA TSCA TITLE VI COMPLIANT

No Center Stile On 24"-36" Cabinets Unless Noted In Product

  • Full-overlay door styles leave roughly a 1/4" clearance on the edge. If installed directly against a wall or deeper cabinet and a cabinet door opening of at least 90 degrees is desired, scribe molding should be installed between the cabinet and the wall (or deeper cabinet). If not, the door may not be able to open a full 90 degrees. For a full opening, a space of at least 1/4-1/2" is necessary, a larger space may be needed depending on the decorative hardware used on the cabinets.
  • The cabinet depth measurement listed is the depth from the front of the face frame to the back of the cabinet, and does not include the cabinet door depth.
  • Cabinet specs are subject to change without notice. *Cabinet measurements are typically converted from metric to inches and manufacturers will commonly round up to the nearest 1/4 inch. This can cause a measurement to be off by a fraction of an inch (less than 1/4") which is within normal industry standards*
  • Schematic images are generic and may not represent exact construction details for each collection. The exact specifications for this collection can be found in the construction details listed above.

ASSEMBLY

Cabinet comes assembled using the pre-installed locking plate & clip system. Technicians who use this assembly system daily will put your cabinets together for you. Your cabinets will ship fully built and ready for you to install.

When ordering pre-assembled cabinets you should know:

Cabinets are not glued & are KCMA certified for safety & performance without the glue. They are not glued because if a cabinet is received with a  damaged part, only that part will be replaced, not the entire cabinet. When you receive the replacement part you will have to take off the damaged part and put on the new part.

Manufacturers who offer pre-assembled cabinets do this because it saves them money and that savings is passed on to you. By not having to replace the entire cabinet and pay the shipping amount for a fully built replacement, the manufacturer saves money and that savings passes on to the customer.

If you are not comfortable with the possibility of having to replace a part we recommend that you look at a traditionally built line such as our Value Series or All Wood By Ideal.
